Our story
We had dreams of owning a vintage camper in hopes of creating our own small business. It didn’t take long before a 1969 Globestar Lil’ Hobo fell into our lap. She came to us from a family member already gutted with extra support for the ride home. We considered the many business possibilities - a mobile pop-up shop, a photo booth, or vacation rental, but a mobile bar seemed to be the right fit. We have poured in countless hours and love giving her a new life! We can’t wait for others to enjoy her as well.
What we stand for
Family is our everything. We wanted to name our company and rig after our family with deep roots and close ties.
Beaumont Avenue Events is a reminder of our roots. In 1855 our great, great, great grandfather William Bird purchased the Bird family farm on Beaumont Avenue in the town of Dover, Wisconsin. The Bird Family Farm continues to farm the land and host family gatherings 167 years later.
We named our camper “Birdie” as an ode to the “Bird” family that we love and cherish so dearly.
